Lead Acid and Lithium Powered: 60 VOLT EBIKES

Volt Canada high end ebikes use either our 48v 20Ah or 60v 20Ah battery packs. Most other manufacturers of e-bikes come with a standard 48v 14Ah battery pack lacking the performance needed customers expect.

We now offer the 60v 20Ah Lithium battery e-bikes with even more hill cimbing power with up to 120km range on a single charge. Our lithium battery packs are not only lighter then the lead acid batteries but also give you the 35 degree incline capability and longer range. Our 60 volt electric scooters require less current needed to maintain performance using less enegery increasing overall distance.

Lithium: Volt Canada's Lithium powered ebikes have an advantage... Lithium batteries are lighter then lead acid improving performance and also have a longer life expancancy. Our Lithium powered ebikes have full power through-out the entire ride during use and there is no loss of torque no matter if you just started hot off the charger or 2 hours in your ride. These are same facts compared to buying a Ni-Cad Drill for $89.00 or a Lithium powered drill for $229.00. Lithium batteries are lighter, carry more power and last longer but are more expensive then the conventional lead acid/Ni Cad batteries.

Smart Controller: Volt Canada has invested alot of time to come up with the perfect strong long lasting electronic controller (Smart Controller) that will give you the performance that your ebike requires to move that oversized 500watt DC brushless motor. Our high end electric scooters (Incline Series) are 32ah to 35ah controllers, while most other manufacturers use 17ah to 25ah controllers.

500watt True oversized Brushless DC Motor: Our oversized 500watt DC brushless motor is truely an oversized motor that works with our 35ah 800watt Smart Controllers. When an increase of load or incline is detected by our Smart Controller output energy is pushed up to 750watt-800watt to be able to maintain the required top speed expected during an incline or a passenger is on board. Our Smart Controller limits the top speed to the legal limit of 32km.

35 Degree Incline Series: Volt Canada is proud to announce that all of our high end e-bikes and electric scooters are equipped with our Incline Series Technology with an amazing 35 degree incline hill climbing power. Our over sized 500 DC brushless motor combined with Volt Canada's 800watt Smart controller gives our e-bikes incredible torque that makes the rest look like there standing still. Even when starting from a stop at the middle of a hill (35 degree incline) our ebikes are capable of easily pulling you to 32km in 4.3 seconds.

120 KM Range: Volt Canada's high end electric scooter models have a range of up to 120km with a single charge. Taking advantage of our 60 volt 3 speed technology, the rider can choose to stay in first speed enabling our smart controller to minimize output energy but still maintain an unbelievable speed that almost matches other brands top speed. Our 60 volt electric scooters require less current needed to maintain performance using less enegery increasing overall distance.

True Pedal Assist: (1:1 Intelligent Pedal assist)

Volt Canada's ebikes is equipped with "True Pedal Assist". What does mean?

Volt Canada's 800watt smart controller recongizes when a rider is using pedals and automatically starts to assits you by appointing small pulses to our powerful 500watt direct drive DC Hub electric. This assures no matter the size of bike you choose, you will be able to pedal along. [provided power is on]

Regenerative DC Electric Hub Motor: Unlike most ebikes where the regenerative is only done through braking, Volt Canada's Regenerative system is done when coasting as well. This seems to make more sense where you would like to take advantage of down hill regenerative coasting as well. When no throttle response or any inputs are detected while coasting, natural energy created from the turning DC Brushless motor is directed back to your battery at about 4% to 7% increase of overall range. When regenerative braking is detected by applying either front or rear brakes our smart controller enables magnetic friction slowing you down and a 12% to 17% increasing of overall range is accomplished. Together there is about 24% of energy that Volt Canada utilizes without sacrificing perfomance.

3 Speeds: All of Volt Canada's 60 volt ebikes and high end electric scooters use our 800watt Smart Controllers 3 speed technology, (1) for torque, (2) economy and (3) over-drive. This 3 speed technology can be manualy adjusted on the fly by using the three position rocker switch or automaticaly by our 800watt Smart Controller. This technology also assist the capability of maintaining a steady speed of 32km at a 35 degree incline.

Anti-Theft Features: Some of our models have a built in loud audible alarm system with (2) wireless key remotes. Our unique Smart controller also has an automatic motor lockout system. When alarm is triggered the rear wheel (motor) will lockout. If there is an attemp to roll scooter, the motor will vibrate while sounding loud alarm and flashing lights making it almost impossible to move without being noticed.

Kenda Tires: Our high end electric scooters use True Kenda tires that come in 16"x3" thick rubber giving rider less vibration and a smoother ride. More durable to withstand those bumby roads absorbing all the shock before suspension.
